Marcelo Lewin, Vice President and General Manager of MID (MyInternetDesktop.com), an IAN group company, is responsible for ensuring the continued development, delivery and integration of MyInternetDesktop.com into IAN's offerings. Marcelo was the founder and CEO of MID. His prior experience includes development, consulting and management positions at Toyota Corporation, NBC.com, FasTV.com and Walt Disney Imagineering.
Audrey Parma, President and CEO, is responsible for the planning, development and execution of IAN's company goals and opportunities. Her wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the Internet economy makes Audrey a key contributor to IAN's vision and technological progress. Audrey has been with IAN since the company's inception in April 1999, and has been President since September 1999. She was named CEO in July 2000. Audrey joined IAN from Prodigy Internet, where she was SVP of Business Operations and Integration.
Bonnie Schwartz, Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for all of the company's strategic marketing, communications and corporate development issues. Bonnie plays a key role in determining IAN's strategic market focus, its ancillary communications activities and business relationships across the spectrum of the company. Bonnie has held senior marketing and business development positions at American Express, Biztravel.com and Auctions.com.
Scott Pirdy, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for development and implementation of all IAN devices, as well as applying new technologies in the Internet appliance space to IAN's brand partnerships. Scott joined IAN from National Semiconductor where he was responsible for WebPAD (device design and implementation).
Jeff Haley, Senior Vice President, Sales and Network Development, is responsible for the company's revenue activity from e-commerce, sponsorship, advertising, brand and networks partners. Jeff's prior experience includes senior management positions at Children's Television Workshop (CTW), Time, Inc., and Meredith Corp. At CTW, Jeff was responsible for all media-related revenue from sponsorships, print and online activities.
Daniel Stoller, Vice President, Product Development, is responsible for leading the company's forays into new technological markets with hardware and software development partners. Dan brings IAN a deep knowledge of online audience behavior and interactive marketing, having launched properties for Microsoft, Travelocity and TheStreet.com. Previously, Dan was Director of Online Media at CKS Site Specific.
Jeff Abbey, Vice President, Strategic Development, is responsible for developing, structuring and negotiating the company's relationships with strategic partners. Jeff has more than eight years of experience as business counsel for emerging technology and Internet companies, most recently as a partner with Ehrenreich Eilenberg & Krause LLP.
Susan Deering, Vice President, Operations, is responsible for supporting cross functional project management, advertising operations, customer service, implementation and integration. In addition, Susan brings a wealth of tactical experience and strategic perspective to the senior management team. Susan joined IAN in 1999 after a decade working for Prodigy Communications Corp.
Scott Carter, Vice President of Brand Alliances, is responsible for identifying and managing brand partners and client relationships that benefit from IAN's service platform of customized user interfaces, software, targeted content and links, and an e-commerce and advertising network. Scott joined IAN after 10 years at MasterCard, where he pioneered its expansion into new markets, and developed lasting partnerships with some of the industry's leading retailers.

Seth Goldstein, a founder and director, is an Investment Principal at Flatiron Partners where he is spearheading Flatiron Partners' initiative in pervasive computing. Besides founding Ian, Seth also started Root.net, one of the first online concierge services, and SiteSpecific, one of Silicon Alley's most successful interactive marketing agencies (acquired by CKS in 1997). That same year, Seth was named one of Red Herring's Top 25 Web Entrepreneurs. Additionally, Seth serves on the boards of Kozmo.com, Valassis Communications, Thinking Media, and Scout Electronics.
Russ Pillar, a founder and director, is President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Internet Group, where he manages the emerging technology investments and businesses of Viacom's broadcast unit. He also serves as Managing Partner of Critical Mass Ventures, an Internet focused technology incubator and venture capital firm he founded in October 1991. Russ is the former President and CEO of Virgin Entertainment Group, as well as former Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of Prodigy Internet. He also founded a number of IP-based technology companies. His board memberships include Virgin Entertainment Group, Prodigy, iWon.com, Playboy.com, and serves as a director on the boards of the public companies Marketwatch.com, SportsLine.com, and Switchboard.
Frederick R. Wilson, an IAN director, is Founder and Managing Partner of Flatiron Partners. Mr. Wilson serves on the boards of numerous Internet companies, including StarMedia, Multex.com and TheStreet.com where he is Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Flatiron Partners, Mr. Wilson served as a General Partner with Euclid Partners, a venture capital firm.
