Network
A
Premier Solution for Enabling E-Business and Web Branding
Hauppauge,
NY - November 17, 1999 - Boundless Technologies, developers and
manufacturers of iBrow, today announced their partnership with
the new Internet Appliance Network (IAN). Boundless Technologies
will incorporate IAN's marketing and branding capabilities into
the non-PC-based Web device. iBrow, and iBrow-enabled devices, provide
users with a better way to go online to enjoy the Internet without
the hassles associated with a PC.
The
Internet Appliance Network (IAN) is the first company to offer complete
proprietary software platform for companies seeking branded Internet
experiences for their customers. IAN has thus far created turnkey
solutions for brands to package customer's interests and preferred
information and present it all on the Web.
Boundless
Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boundlesss Corporation
(AMEX: BND), will produce a minimum of 10,000 iBrow software-enabled
Internet devices over the next 60 days for a yet-unannounced IAN
partner. Boundless will assemble thousands of the LCD Internet devices
with iBrow software at its Hauppauge, New York, manufacturing facility,
and manage iBrow online management services from offices in Austin,
Texas. IAN will provide customized branding in New York, along with
marketing, advertising and e-commerce capabilities.
Boundless'
focus is on software and hardware technologies that provide several
styles of devices that have the ability to browse the Web, access
e-mail and purchase products. Boundless also supplies manufacturing
and distribution capabilities, remote software management services
and around-the-clock technical support.
IAN
is to use iBrow Internet appliance software and hardware to develop
compelling branded Internet experiences for their consumer branded
partners. IAN offers its partners a complete marketing solution
featuring Internet access and other marketing and advertising related
services, as well as comprehensive customer support programs. Ultimately,
IAN gives brand partners an opportunity to actively participate
in their customers' online experiences, as both access provider
and private portal, through consumer branding and marketing services.
IAN has also incorporated loyalty programs, e-commerce, content
links and secure e-wallet functionalities for the end user.
"Pervasive
computing, the integration of Web technology and everyday lifestyles,
is clearly the future of Internet industry," explained IAN founder,
Seth Goldstein. "Our partnership with Boundless Technologies will
allow us to offer a powerful solution to all of our consumer brand
partners."
iBrow
permits companies to take advantage of the myriad of business opportunities
surrounding the growing demand for Internet appliances with a true
plug-and-play solution. iBrow provides a revolutionary way to retain
current customer base, attract new customers and extend brand awareness
relying on specific software and hardware components.
"This
is an excellent marriage that focuses on the strengths of each company
to provide a much needed easy and enjoyable browsing experience

a company's electronic reach to consumers," said J. Gerald Combs,

About
IAN
Up until now, as technology companies have been developing post-PC
Internet appliances, marketers have been notably absent from the
conversation. Internet Appliance Network, www.internetappliance.net
, is the first marketing platform for brands looking to build hardwired
relationships with their customers online.
Founded
in May 1999, Internet Appliance Network (IAN) enables companies
to build powerful and profitable direct, interactive relationships
with their customers. Now brands can own their target consumers'
Web experience through IAN's proprietary platform to leverage the
trend toward non-PC, Web-enabled hardware, and a full-service, cost-effective
solution. IAN serves as a means for consumers to access the Web
and‹within a persistent, active frame--a continuous guide to wherever
they surf. For information about IAN call (212) 741-5106, x14.
